Recover a deactivated account from an email link
Use an available reactivation email to restore access to a deactivated account.

Vue d’ensemble
If MediaFox sent you an account reactivation email, its private link starts the recovery flow. The link applies to that account; it is not the organization restoration link.
Reactivate the account
Open the most recent reactivation message and follow its link. Wait for the confirmation, then return to sign-in and use the account’s normal sign-in method.
If recovery fails
If the link is expired, invalid, or the account cannot be restored, contact support with the email address and the message shown. Do not share the reactivation URL publicly. Repeatedly opening an invalid link will not extend its recovery period.
