Vue d’ensemble
A tool can depend on the organization’s plan, an enabled add-on, feature availability, and your member roles. Satisfying one requirement does not automatically satisfy the others.
Check access in order
- Confirm the organization has the relevant feature available under its current arrangement.
- Ask an owner to check any required add-on.
- Check the member’s viewer, editor, or owner role and page access.
- Check whether the feature is public or still restricted to pre-release use.
Ask about the intended task
Tell an owner what you need to do, such as viewing a Link Tree or uploading an image. That makes it easier to identify the missing requirement without guessing at a plan change.
