Enable and access the Media Library

Open your organization’s shared collection of reusable media.

Vue d’ensemble

Media Library stores files for your team to reuse in posts and supported tools such as the Link Tree composer. Files belong to the organization, not just their uploader.

Open the library

Ask an owner to enable the Media Library add-on if needed, then open Media Library from the organization navigation. Viewing uses post-view access; uploads and changes require post-edit access.

Library missing or read-only

Check both the add-on and your roles. Make sure you are in the organization where the files were uploaded. Enabling the library does not import all existing social-platform media automatically.
