See whether a current service problem could explain an error.

Vue d’ensemble
System Status summarizes the health of MediaFox services. Open it from the footer when several requests fail or a feature behaves unexpectedly.
Check an incident
- Read the overall state
Check the global summary, then expand the relevant service group.
- Inspect service history
Read OK, Warning, or Error states and the displayed history slots around the time you encountered the problem.
- Choose a next step
Wait during a relevant active issue. If services are healthy, continue with the feature-specific troubleshooting guide.
Status is one clue
A healthy status page does not rule out an account-specific connection or permission problem. Include the affected service and time when reporting a persistent issue.
