Use sentiment and cloud widgets

Overview

Cloud and sentiment widgets summarize collected content. They help you spot themes to investigate, but do not replace reading the underlying posts and comments.

Explore the result

Choose a supported sentiment, topic, hashtag, or emoji widget and set your pages and period. Select a term or result where the widget offers a link to matching content.

Interpret sentiment carefully

Comment sentiment is an automated interpretation and can be wrong, especially with sarcasm or limited context. Unclassified comments may be excluded. A prominent cloud term shows frequency or the widget’s weighting, not whether your audience agrees with it.
