Use push notifications on iPhone or iPad

Set up MediaFox notifications from a supported Home Screen web app.

Overview

On supported iPhones and iPads, MediaFox push notifications need to run from the installed Home Screen web app. The account page tells you if the current browser or installation does not support push.

Set up on your device

  1. Add MediaFox to the Home Screen

    Open MediaFox in Safari and use Share, then Add to Home Screen, where your device offers it.

  2. Open the installed app

    Launch MediaFox from its Home Screen icon and sign in.

  3. Enable push

    Open My Account, enable Push Notifications, and allow the device permission request.

If it is still unavailable

Check your device’s notification permissions and software support. Notifications may remain unavailable in an ordinary browser tab even when the Home Screen app supports them.
