Use Access Token Debug safely

Overview

Access Token Debug helps investigate a page’s connection. It is mainly useful when an owner or support is checking an expiry or missing-permission message.

Inspect the connection

Open the page’s actions in Page Management and choose Access Token Debug where offered. Review validity, expiry, and available permissions. Compare missing permissions with the feature that is failing.

Share the result safely

Report the page name, platform, expiry time, and names of missing permissions. Do not copy the token itself into a message or screenshot. If authorization is no longer valid, use the page’s reauthorization flow rather than trying to edit a token manually.
