Connect an Instagram business profile
Connect an eligible Instagram profile through the Meta authorization flow.
Overview
The Instagram connection in MediaFox runs through Facebook. Use the Meta account that manages the Instagram profile and its linked Facebook Page.
Connect Instagram
- Choose Instagram
In Page Management, select Add New Page and the Instagram connection option.
- Complete Meta authorization
Sign in with the correct Facebook account and review the requested page and Instagram permissions.
- Select the profile
Choose the eligible Instagram profile from the available accounts, add it, and wait for its connection result.
Profile missing?
Check the profile’s account type and Facebook Page connection in Meta. A personal profile or an account your current Facebook user cannot manage may not be eligible. Check MediaFox’s connection details before assuming a repeated sign-in will fix it.

This feature does not require an add-on, although permissions or organization settings may still apply.
