Upload and manage organization fonts
Add your brand’s fonts for templates and replace unavailable fonts safely.
Overview
Organization fonts are private to the workspace where you upload them. An owner can add or disable them in Manage Organization, under Organization fonts. Members with post-view access can browse the library; uploading and disabling require owner access.
Add a font
- Prepare the file
Use a static TTF or OTF file up to 2 MB. Upload each weight and style separately. Variable fonts are not supported.
- Review your rights
Confirm that your license allows browser preview and server rendering. You can paste license text or a purchase reference, or import a UTF-8 .txt license file. Do not upload a font whose embedding restrictions or license prohibit this use.
- Upload and wait
Choose the file, complete the rights confirmation, and select Add font. Wait for success, then check the family, weight, style, and sample in Font library.
- Use it in a design
In an available template designer, choose the organization font for the text element and check both the preview and generated image. Uploading does not change the font in existing designs automatically.
An upload or preview failed
For an incomplete upload, select the same file again to retry. Use Retry preview for a sample that failed to load. Invalid or restricted font files need an appropriate replacement, not a renamed extension. An already-uploaded message can also refer to a disabled version; contact support if you cannot add the version you need.
Disable only after checking templates
Disabling removes access to the font and requests removal of its stored file. Templates using it will no longer preview or render until you select an active replacement. Previously generated images remain unchanged. Read the confirmation before disabling; if file removal is incomplete, retry the removal action.
Designer availability
The font library is an organization setting, while the template designer is still a limited rollout. Adding a font does not make a missing Template Manager menu appear. Ask your MediaFox contact about designer access rather than changing unrelated roles.
Availability and access
Some or all actions in this guide require the Owner role.
