Configure the posting collision search radius

Overview

The collision-search radius controls a warning check around a post’s schedule. It helps identify nearby posts without automatically changing their times.

Adjust the radius

1. 1
   Open publishing settings

   Use Manage Organization with owner access and find the collision-search radius.

   Enter whole minutes

   Choose a valid value for the interval before and after the scheduled time, then save.

   Rerun planner checks

   In Post Planner, run the collision check again and inspect which nearby posts are flagged.

Choose a useful window

Use a range that reflects your team’s publishing cadence. A warning highlights a possible conflict; it does not prove that two intentional posts should never publish close together.
