Owner
Overview
Review the AI usage section first to distinguish exhausted allowance from reserved work or a feature error. Capacity applies to the organization, not only one member.
Check available options
With owner access, follow an available Subscription & Billing or upgrade action from AI usage. Review the offered allowance, period, and plan details before making a commercial change.
No upgrade control
Self-service billing is not enabled in every workspace. Contact your MediaFox contact with the organization and expected usage. Changing agent thresholds or resubmitting work repeatedly does not increase your allowance.
