Understand PDF export exclusions

Check which widgets will be omitted before generating a PDF.

Overview

The branded PDF flow currently skips postings and comments widgets. The export dialog reports exclusions so you can decide whether the remaining report meets your needs.

Review before exporting

Read the skipped-widget count and compare it with your dashboard. Generate the PDF only after checking that the essential charts are supported. Some widgets may support branded PDF without supporting all data-file formats.

Include detail another way

Use an available widget or data export for the missing detail, or review the content in Content Search and Comments Central. Do not assume an omitted table is empty simply because it does not appear in the PDF.

Availability depends on your organization access and assigned permissions.
