Overview
Page health describes MediaFox’s ability to use the connection. A page can have a working connection while an optional feature needs an additional permission.
Read the status details
- OK: no current connection issue is reported. It is not a guarantee that every platform feature is supported.
- Warning: review expiring authorization, optional permissions, or another issue that needs attention.
- Error: required permissions or the connection may be unavailable; open the details for the cause.
- Collecting data: the page is connected but reporting history is still being gathered.
Take the indicated action
Use Reauthorize page for an authorization problem. A spam warning can restrict commenting. Read the specific message rather than disconnecting the page as a first troubleshooting step.
