Understand follower/subscriber trends
Read how your connected page’s audience has changed over time.
Overview
Follower and subscriber charts use the history MediaFox has collected for a page. A newly connected account may show Building your trend until enough observations are available.
Read a trend
In Page Management, choose a trend range and inspect the page’s graph and change indicator. Compare the same period when reviewing several pages. A current audience total and the change during a period are different values.
An empty or incomplete chart
Check connection health and allow collection to continue. Repeatedly reconnecting will not create historical observations that the platform has not supplied. If an established page stops updating, check the latest connection warning and System Status.
Availability and access
This feature does not require an add-on, although permissions or organization settings may still apply.
