Overview
Agent activity logs help explain changes in a conversation. Use the time, agent name, action, and available detail to distinguish automated activity from a manual action.
Inspect activity
- Open the log
Use the activity area for the relevant organization or post.
- Find the event
Locate the time and action you are investigating and read its details.
- Open the thread
Follow the comment link where available to compare the event with the conversation’s current state.
An event or thread is missing
Check the selected scope and date. A deleted or inaccessible comment may no longer open, even though its action remains recorded. Report the event time and related IDs when asking for help.
