Understand which roles allow viewing and managing organization members.
Overview
User permissions are separate from publishing or page permissions. A person can edit posts without being allowed to invite or remove teammates.
User access
- User Viewer permits viewing the member-management information made available to the account.
- User Editor permits supported invite, role-edit, revoke, and removal actions.
- Role rank and self-edit restrictions still limit which members and roles can be changed.
Ask for the specific permission
If the list opens but its actions are missing, ask an owner to review user-edit access. Enabling a publishing add-on does not change user-management authority.

Availability depends on your organization access and assigned permissions.
