Permission reference: FoxLink Link Trees
Understand Link Tree viewing, publishing, and shared-destination access.
Overview
Link Tree roles determine whether you can inspect or change trees. They do not automatically grant authority over the Short Links inside those trees.
Link Tree roles
- Viewer can browse accessible trees and supported analytics.
- Editor can prepare drafts, publish, manage revisions, and use permitted lifecycle actions.
- Browsing Short Link choices needs Short Link view access; creating destinations also needs Short Link editing.
- Custom image uploads need the applicable Media Library and post-edit access.
Settings can require both editors
Saving organization-wide broken-destination cleanup needs both Short Link and Link Tree edit permissions because it can affect shared public destinations.
Availability and access
Availability depends on your organization access and assigned permissions.
