Open a social page and copy identifiers
Open the original social profile or copy its platform ID.

Overview
A page name can change or be shared by several accounts. The platform’s page or channel ID is useful when your team or support needs to identify an exact connection.
Use the page actions
Find the page in Page Management. Choose Open to visit the platform page, or use More actions to copy the page or channel ID. Wait for the copy confirmation before pasting it into a support request.
Choose the right identifier
A platform ID is different from MediaFox’s internal page ID. Tell support which one you copied and include the organization and page name. If copying fails, retry or use a manually selectable ID in the page details.
