Review AI allowance, charged credits, and credits reserved for work in progress.
Overview
The AI usage area in Manage Organization helps owners see how the organization’s allowance is being used. Current screens may describe this allowance as credits rather than tokens.
Read the allowance
Check the allowance period, used or charged credits, reserved credits, and remaining balance. Reserved work can reduce what is available even before its final charge. Read any unlimited-plan indicator separately from a fixed allowance.
Review activity
Use available daily usage and task detail to understand costs from supported AI features such as replies, sentiment, topics, or RSS processing. Today’s daily total can still be incomplete. A failed feature request should be investigated with its message, not only the balance.
