Export YouTube data safely

Check YouTube data freshness and follow the retention notice attached to exports.

Overview

MediaFox shows the last successful refresh for selected YouTube data. Export is blocked when freshness cannot be verified or the data has not been successfully refreshed within 30 days.

Before and after export

  1. Check the refresh time

    Review the YouTube freshness notice for the selected pages. Resolve stale or unknown refresh status before exporting.

  2. Read the retention notice

    MediaFox requires the export and all copies containing YouTube API data to be deleted within 30 calendar days of generation.

  3. Refresh when needed

    If you still need a report after that period, generate a new export from refreshed data.

Keep the notice with the report

The notice can appear in PDF, CSV, spreadsheet, and JSON output. Include it when sharing the file so recipients understand the same retention requirement.
