Email verification codes and high-impact actions
Use verification codes only in the MediaFox flow that requested them.
Overview
MediaFox can request an email code for password reset or a high-impact action such as a large bulk deletion. The code confirms that you can access the relevant inbox.
Complete the check
- Review the action
Check what you are authorizing before requesting or entering a code.
- Use the newest message
Check inbox and spam, enter the code in the requesting page, and wait for completion.
- Resend when allowed
If needed, wait for the resend timer and use the latest code rather than an older message.
Keep the code private
Do not send codes to support or teammates. If you did not start the action, do not approve it just because an email arrived.

Availability depends on your organization access and assigned permissions.
