Create and manage page groups
Save a reusable selection of pages for publishing and reporting.
Overview
Page groups help you select related pages together, such as a brand’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. Grouping pages does not merge their identities or platform data.
Manage groups
- Open Manage Groups
In Page Management, open group management with page-edit access.
- Create or edit
Enter a recognizable group name, add optional notes, and select at least one page. Save the group.
- Use the group
Choose it in a page selector or reporting setup that supports groups. Check which pages are selected before continuing.
Delete a group
Use its delete action and confirm the group name. This removes the saved grouping, not the connected social pages themselves.

Availability depends on your organization access and assigned permissions.
