Configure real-time Facebook comment toasts
Choose which Facebook Pages trigger in-app comment alerts for your team.
Overview
Facebook comment toasts use an organization-wide page selection and each member’s personal notification setting. Both must allow the alerts.
Configure comment toasts
- Open Facebook settings
In Page Management, use Open Facebook settings with page-edit access.
- Enable and select Pages
Turn on real-time comment toasts and choose the Facebook Pages that should trigger them. Save settings.
- Check personal settings
Each member who wants these toasts must also enable Push Notifications in their account settings.
No alerts arriving
Check the selected Page, the member’s personal setting, and the Page’s webhook health. Enabling organization toasts does not automatically subscribe every browser to push notifications.

Availability depends on your organization access and assigned permissions.
