Set when FoxScribe may reply and what guidance its responses should follow.
Overview
FoxScribe’s maximum spam-likelihood setting limits which comments it should reply to. Comments above that threshold should not be treated as ordinary conversations by this rule.
Configure replies
- Choose the scope
Open AI-agent settings for the organization or the intended post override. Check whether values are inherited.
- Set the rules
Enable FoxScribe, choose the maximum spam likelihood, and add clear response rules where needed.
- Save and monitor
Save the settings and inspect activity logs and actual replies for tone and accuracy.
Write useful instructions
Explain the brand voice, what information can be used, and when a human should respond. Avoid rules that ask the agent to invent facts or make promises your team cannot keep.
