Check and repair Facebook Webhooks
Check whether Facebook can send page events to MediaFox.
Overview
Webhooks deliver Facebook events such as new comments. A connected page can still need attention to its webhook subscription.
Check a Facebook webhook
- Open page details
Expand the Facebook Page in Page Management and find Facebook Webhooks.
- Review status
Read callback verification, page subscription, subscribed fields, and the last event or error. No event yet can simply mean no event has arrived.
- Enable or refresh
With page-edit access, use Enable webhook where offered, then Refresh status to check the result.
Still failing?
Review the page’s required permissions and reauthorize if indicated. If callback verification remains unsuccessful, send support the status message and page ID; repeatedly refreshing cannot repair a service-side configuration.
