A caption or video accepted for one platform can be invalid for another. Selecting multiple pages asks Post Planner to validate each platform’s version separately.
Correct the affected version
- Read the platform name
Open the error and identify the specific field or media requirement.
- Use an override
Adjust text or media for that platform instead of changing a valid shared version unnecessarily.
- Review again
Inspect every selected platform’s preview and rerun validation before saving.
Account-specific rules
TikTok creator information and other account restrictions can change available options. A locally valid post can still fail later if authorization expires or the platform rejects it.
