Find the right ID for a support request
Use identifiers to point support or teammates to the exact item.
Overview
Names can be duplicated or changed, while an ID helps identify a particular account, page, post, dashboard, or tree. Include the organization and item type with the value.
Find the right value
My Account shows your user ID. Page Management can copy platform page or channel IDs. Other item IDs can appear in their detail view, URL, or related logs. Tell support where you copied the value because platform and MediaFox internal IDs can differ.
Do not confuse IDs with secrets
A private recovery link, authorization token, or verification code is not an ordinary identifier. Share the item ID and sanitized error, not credential-bearing URLs or session details.
