Understand when bulk posts are generated
Bulk entries become normal scheduled posts 24 hours before their planned publication.

Overview
A saved bulk job and the posts it generates are separate. Future entries can remain pending in the job until they enter the next 24-hour generation window.
Where to look
Use the bulk-jobs panel in Calendar for pending entries, progress, and the next slot. Use the normal calendar and Post Details for posts already generated. A distant entry missing from the calendar is not necessarily missing from the job.
Generate the next window
The job panel offers Generate next 24 hours where allowed. This does not mean generate the entire remaining batch. Check job status and already-generated posts before using it again.
