Enable and access Bulk Scheduler

Overview

Bulk Scheduler prepares a batch and turns its entries into scheduled posts as their publishing times approach. Your organization needs the Bulk Scheduler add-on, and you need post-edit access.

Open Bulk Scheduler

   Check the add-on

   Ask an owner to enable Bulk Scheduler in Add-On Management if it is not active.

   Open the tool

   Select the organization and open Bulk Scheduler from the navigation. Start a batch using the content and scheduling controls.

Menu item missing

Check both the add-on and your post-edit role. Enabling an add-on does not grant editing permission to every member.
