Approve a post while giving it a new future publishing time.
Overview
Set Date & Accept is useful when content is approved but its original time has passed or no longer fits your plan.
Choose the replacement time
- Review the content
Check the post and selected pages in Reviews & Drafts.
- Set Date & Accept
Open that action, choose a valid future date and time, and check the timezone shown.
- Confirm approval
Complete the action, wait for success, and verify the new schedule in Calendar.
Invalid date
The new schedule must be in the future. Check the complete date and timezone rather than changing only the hour. If another reviewer already processed the post, reload before taking further action.
