Reject a review request after checking the exact post.
Overview
Decline is an approval decision, not a request to reschedule. MediaFox warns that the action cannot be undone, so confirm it only when rejection is intended.
Decline the request
- Review the item
Check its creator, pages, and content in Posts under review.
- Communicate the reason
Tell the creator what needs to change through your team’s normal communication process.
- Confirm Decline
Use Decline and read the irreversible-action confirmation. Wait for the result and refresh the list if necessary.
Need only a new date?
Use Set Date & Accept when the content is acceptable and the publishing time is the only issue.
