Read system and audit logs for a post
Follow the sequence of events behind a post’s status or publishing failure.
Overview
The Logs tab records relevant processing events, state changes, and actions. Read them in time order to distinguish the original failure from a later retry.
Investigate a post
- Open Logs
In Post Details, note the time, severity, actor, and message for events around the problem.
- Identify the useful error
Look for the platform response or failed step rather than treating every warning as the cause.
- Keep the context
Record the post ID and relevant timestamps for support. Use plain-language explanation where offered, then compare it with the original event.
Explanation limits
An AI explanation can help interpret a message but does not repair the post or guarantee the diagnosis. Some explanations require available AI allowance.
Availability and access
This feature does not require an add-on, although permissions or organization settings may still apply.
