Read metrics in context

• Reach, impressions, and views describe different kinds of exposure.
• Reactions, comments, shares, and saves describe different interactions.
• Video content may include watch time, retention, or subscriber measures.
• Other supported panels can include earnings, sentiment, emoji, or FoxLink click data.

Views, plays, and unavailable values

Play count is a separate video measure, not another name for impressions, reach, or every platform’s views. Inspect the labels appropriate to the format. A missing value is shown as unavailable rather than a measured zero. Carousel attachments and their available links should not be treated as independent copies of the parent post’s statistics.

Updates have stopped

For Deleted or Unavailable posts, read the warning above the statistics. Previously collected figures remain visible, but automatic insight updates have stopped. Those retained numbers are historical, not a current measurement of a still-accessible public post.

Missing or changing values

Check the data’s period and freshness. Platforms can revise results after publication, and some metrics are not supplied for external posts or particular formats. An unavailable panel does not prove that no interactions occurred.
