Join an organization from an invitation
Accept a team invitation and open the organization in your own account.
Overview
An invitation gives your account access to a specific organization with the roles chosen by the inviter. Sign in with the address that received it.
Accept the invitation
- Open the invitation email
Follow the MediaFox link. If you do not have an account, complete registration for the invited address first.
- Review the invitation
On your account dashboard, check the organization and inviter shown in the pending invitation.
- Accept
Accept the invitation, then open the organization card. Decline if you do not recognize or need the workspace.
If it is missing or expired
Confirm you are signed in to the correct account. Refresh the dashboard. Ask the inviter to check whether the invitation is pending, expired, or revoked and send another if necessary.

This feature does not require an add-on, although permissions or organization settings may still apply.
