Find out which social accounts you can connect and why features differ by platform.
Overview
MediaFox has integrations for Facebook Pages, eligible Instagram profiles through Meta, YouTube channels, TikTok accounts, Threads profiles, and X profiles. Availability can change: the production connection dialog currently marks X Under maintenance, while WhatsApp and LinkedIn are Coming soon. These states are different from a failed authorization.
Choose a connection
Open Page Management and use the connection dialog to see the options available to your organization. Use the account that manages the page or channel. Options marked Coming soon or Under maintenance cannot be connected through that flow. A connection does not mean every platform offers the same publishing, comment, or reporting tools.
Check the feature you need
Post Planner shows fields and validation for the selected platform. Reporting only offers metrics the platform supplies, and some comment actions are unavailable on certain networks. If you need a specific format or metric, check its controls before preparing a campaign around it.

This feature does not require an add-on, although permissions or organization settings may still apply.
