How loading, empty, error, and no-permission screens work
Understand whether a page is waiting, has no results, or needs your attention.

Overview
A blank result and a failed request mean different things. Read the message before changing settings or assuming content has disappeared.
What the message means
- Loading: MediaFox is waiting for data. Give the request time to finish.
- No results or empty: the request completed but nothing matches. Clear filters or add the first item.
- Error: data could not be loaded or an action failed. Use Retry where available.
- No permission: the signed-in account cannot access this feature or item. Ask an owner to check your roles and membership.
If refreshing does not help
Check System Status for an incident. For a persistent error, note the page URL, exact message, and time. Before repeating a publish, delete, or payment action, check whether the first attempt completed.
