Filter the calendar

Show only the pages or types of content relevant to your current task.

Overview

Calendar filters affect the view, not the stored posts. A saved calendar URL can reopen with filters already applied.

Apply or clear filters

  1. Choose the scope

    Use page or platform bubbles for quick filtering, or open the filter dialog for more options.

  2. Add organization labels

    Select categories or tags where available. Retry loading labels if their list failed.

  3. Review the visible set

    Apply changes and inspect active filters. Clear them when searching for a post outside the current selection.

Share a filtered view

A copied URL may retain your filters, but another member still needs permission to see the selected pages and posts. An empty view does not remove or cancel content.
