Design a practical approval workflow

Agree on clear responsibilities for drafting, reviewing, and scheduling.

Overview

A useful approval process makes it obvious who prepares the post, who checks it, and who owns the publishing time. The following is a suggested team practice, not an extra MediaFox requirement.

A simple team agreement

  • Creators prepare complete drafts and use consistent campaign categories or tags.
  • Reviewers check every selected platform’s text, media, and audience settings.
  • One person owns the schedule and uses Set Date & Accept when the proposed time is no longer suitable.
  • The team checks failed publications and relevant history rather than assuming approval guarantees publication.

Keep access proportional

Assign the roles each person needs. An owner can use Audit Log for supported action history, but approval decisions should also have enough context for the creator to understand what to improve.

Availability and access

Availability depends on your organization access and assigned permissions.
