Add-on versus subscription plan
A plan describes the organization’s arrangement; an add-on enables an optional tool.
Overview
Plans and add-ons answer different questions. A plan concerns available benefits or allowances, while an add-on enables a specific feature or integration for the organization.
Examples
An organization can need the Media Library add-on before its shared-media tools appear. A member can still need post-edit access to upload a file after the add-on is enabled.
Troubleshoot the missing requirement
Check plan availability, enabled add-ons, member roles, and any release restriction separately. Self-service billing is not currently exposed in normal navigation; ask your MediaFox contact when plan information or changes are unavailable.
Availability and access
Availability depends on your organization access and assigned permissions.
