Safe recovery

After correcting the cause, refresh the page and repeat the smallest safe action that can prove the workflow works. The issue is resolved when all valid rows are created and any rejected rows have a clear correction message.

If a retry could publish, delete, charge, revoke access, retire a public address, or send a message twice, contact an owner or support instead of guessing.

• Download the current template and keep its required columns and date formats unchanged.
• Correct the reported row and column errors before importing the file again.
• Confirm Bulk Scheduler add-on access, post-edit permission, and access to every referenced page.
