Choose notification email recipients and reminder time

Review organization event history
Read the latest 50 durable events, priority, category, platform/context, and localized time; filter by category. Available to accepted organization members when the notification rollout is enabled.
Resolve an organization system warning
Mark an actionable system warning resolved so it no longer appears in the current daily reminder. Owner and currently rollout-gated.
Open a daily reminder report
Private email-link access, organization/date/timezone context, current page connection issues and unresolved system warnings, links to the affected page/post/action, the all-clear state, and expiry at the end of the sent day. The report currently has English/German copy.
Monitor AI token usage
Available/used/reset values, unlimited plans, progress, and costs for post topics, RSS scoring, AI replies, and comment sentiment. Owner.
Upgrade AI capacity
Open Subscription & Billing from the AI usage section. Owner.
Delete and restore an organization
Seven-day delayed permanent deletion, confirmation, emailed restore link, expiry, and irreversible final deletion. Owner.
User Management overview
Active and pending members, search/filter/sort/pagination, member-since and invite expiry. Viewing requires user:canView; actions require user:canEdit.
Invite a user by email or user ID
Validation, role selection, existing/new account email paths, expiry, and pending state. Requires user:canEdit.
Edit a user’s roles
Rank restrictions, at least one role, viewer/editor combinations, inability to edit yourself in the table, and save errors. Requires user:canEdit.
Revoke a pending invitation
Expired/unknown older invitations, confirmation, and invalidated link. Requires user:canEdit.
Remove a user from an organization
Confirmation, immediate loss of dashboards/calendars/reports/pages, and notification. Requires user:canEdit and sufficient rank.

How role rank affects delegation
Editors cannot grant roles above their effective rank; owners retain the highest rank. Confirm edge cases with server authorization before final publication.
