Panoramica
Upload organization media through Media Library with post-edit access. Use a clear name and optional internal description so teammates can find the right file later.
Upload a file
- Choose the file
Open the upload action and select a supported image or video.
- Add useful details
Enter a recognizable name and any description the form offers. Resolve size or type validation.
- Wait for completion
Keep the dialog open through upload and item creation, then check the new library entry and preview.
Upload finished but no entry
Refresh the library and search for the name before uploading again. A storage upload and creation of the library record are separate steps, and the error message can indicate which failed.
