Select many posts safely
Build and check a selection before using a bulk action.

Panoramica
Content Search can select individual posts or a larger set within the active filtered scope. Always read the selected count before continuing.
Build the selection
- Set filters first
Narrow results to the pages, dates, and states you intend to work on.
- Select posts
Choose individual items or use the offered select-all action. Check whether it covers the filtered set beyond the visible page.
- Remove exceptions
Use subtract mode or individual deselection to exclude posts. Deselect all if the scope is uncertain.
Before a bulk action
Inspect sample items across the selection and confirm its count. Changing filters does not justify assuming an old selection now contains only what is visible.
