Panoramica
Media details can show type, size, dimensions, aspect ratio, video duration, uploader, and dates. Use these to distinguish similar files and check suitability.
Review usage
Open a library item and inspect the usage area. Published-post links and draft usage counts show the uses MediaFox has recorded. Open a linked post to check its current state.
Before removing a file
Review draft dependencies as well as published uses. Usage tracking is helpful context, but it is not a guarantee that nobody copied the CDN URL or used the file outside the tracked workflows.
