Resumen

The daily reminder report is a live view, not a frozen copy of an email. Its URL identifies an organization but does not grant access. You must be signed in, belong to that organization, and be included in the current notification pilot.

Read the report

  1. Open the report

Follow the report button in a reminder or notification. Keep the organization selection in the URL; removing it does not open a general report for every workspace.

  2. Sign in if asked

Use the Sign in action and the account that belongs to the organization. Return to the report after signing in; it can refresh when the sign-in finishes.

  3. Check the context

Read the organization, current report date, and timezone. An old email can open today’s current issues rather than the issues present when it was sent.

  4. Investigate an issue

Use the offered page, post, or action links. Review current connection health before repeating a repair. An all-clear message means no current eligible issues are shown.

Sharing and access

You may share the report address with an authorized teammate, but they must pass the same sign-in, membership, and pilot checks. The address is not a secret access token and no longer expires at the end of the email’s sent day. Avoid sharing organization details publicly.

The report will not open

Check the account and organization first. A valid membership alone does not grant pilot access. If your organization or account is outside the rollout, use Page Management and the available organization history instead. Ask support about an unexpected access-denied message without sending session cookies or sign-in links.

Disponibilidad y acceso

La disponibilidad depende del acceso a la organización y de los permisos asignados.
