Invite your team and assign permissions
Invite teammates to your organization and give each person the access they need.

Resumen
An invitation adds someone to your shared workspace; it does not share your personal account. Roles determine which features they can view, edit, or approve.
Invite a teammate
- Open User Management
Select the organization and open User Management with an account allowed to manage users.
- Enter their details
Choose the invitation action and enter their email address or MediaFox user ID. Check the address before sending.
- Choose roles
Assign the relevant viewer or editor roles. Add approval or owner access only when the person needs those responsibilities.
- Send and check
Send the invitation. It remains pending until your teammate accepts it using their own account.
Change access later
Open the member’s role controls to update access, or revoke an invitation that went to the wrong person. If a role is unavailable, an owner may need to make the change.
